Francis X. Cavalli – Curriculum Vitae
Frank was Jesuit schooled at St. Peters in Jersey City, N.J. and then entered the US armed services.
US Marine. He was honorably discharged from the United States Marines Corps.
Salesman. He entered the life insurance industry with Penn Mutual and in his first year became one of company’s leading producers in the sales of financial products with 1.5 million of paid production.
Mentor. Within 5 years he was invited into The General Agents in Training; a comprehensive business training, mentoring and coaching program in the Philadelphia home office
General Manager. After 6 months he was assigned as Senior General Agent of New York City.
Program Developer. Seeing the need for quality backup for his sales staff he developed, "The Charted Life Administrator Program". The details and paperwork stayed in the office and the agent’s sales efforts stayed in the field.
Masters Student. He further extended his education and was awarded the Society’s international scholarship for graduate study and then attained the degree of Master of Graphoanalysis to refine his recruitment program.
Program Creator. Subsequently he created a highly regarded white paper on recruitment and the effects and costs of attrition. He authored, copyrighted, developed, and implemented "The Selection and Development Reference". A tool successfully used to select the best candidates in the hiring process for new agent recruitment and for specific recommendations for focused training methods and incentives that tripled the rate of retention.
Visionary. He created, "The Cavalli Agency System", a major departure and total revamping of the staid nationwide agency system. It was comprised of advanced systems for the most efficient and effective utilization of time, space, agent recruitment and training, administrator training and assignment, communication and rewards
Top of the Table, MDRT. Frank re-entered personal production and generated in excess of $150 million of paid production with Philadelphia Life. He qualified for the prestigious international Top of the Table, MDRT which is the highest attainable award the financial industry has to offer. The financial instrument he created was eventually adopted by the company.
Motivational Speaker. He was invited to speak at international financial conferences on his motivational talk, :The Quality of Life". The taped reproduction sold over 200,000 copies.
Business Consultant. Frank was retained as a consultant to the owner for Fiat-Lancia Motors and turned the company around to profitability in 8 months with the back end service and parts absorbing 85% of total expenses.
Program Creator / Developer. He created the self awareness program "Syntropy" and the self development program, "Great Choices": The Guide to an Effortless Life and "Your Perfect Work".
Poet. His poem, "Perfection" was the winner of The Movement’s individual and world peace award.
Publisher. He started the publishing house, Star Dome Publishing LLC. He outsourced and coordinated all the aspects of publishing: focus groups, writing, proof reading, editing, copyrights and licensing, graphic design, illustrations, printing, marketing, fulfillment and distribution.
